Pay only for the time you need

All prices are per hour and include tables, chairs, crockery, cutlery and heating. Include your setting-up and clearing-away time in the booking.

Weddings, day rates and whole-venue weekends

Full day, two days or a long weekend, usually combining the main hall, committee room, kitchen and recreation ground. Priced on application.

Refundable security deposits

For one-off events, paid before your booking is confirmed. Returned by bank transfer after a post-event inspection where needed.

Invoices and online payment

Once your booking is confirmed, Hallmaster sends an invoice with a link to pay online. You can see all your bookings, invoices and payments when you log in.

How to book Event forms

100% of hire goes back into the Village Hall and Park.

The Village Hall is owned and run by a village charity. Every booking, from a birthday party to a wedding, pays for running and looking after the Village Hall and the Park next door, so they stay open, safe and affordable for everyone.
