Photo appeal

Help us tell the story of the Village Hall and Park. Send us your photos, old and new, and we will credit you on the website.

Why your photos matter

Good photos bring in bookings, volunteers, grants and press coverage. Most of the pictures on this website were taken in October 2026, and we would love more from every season and every decade.

The village bought its recreation ground in 1958, our oldest receipt is for the rocking horse in 1961, and the present Village Hall opened in 2005. If you have photos from any of those years, we would love to see them.

  • Only send photos you took, or have the photographer's permission to share
  • We credit every photographer on this page
  • Photos with children need a parent or guardian's permission, and we never name children
